Privacy & Security
This privacy policy is intended to give you confidence in the privacy and security of the personal information we obtain from you. We realize the importance of your privacy and therefore we never sell or exchange your information with anyone. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party. Any disclosure of personal information will be strictly controlled and made fully in accordance with current laws and regulations in the European Union.

Placing the Order
Upon placing an order a downpayment is required. Some deliveries may take longer than expected as suppliers have high demand and production times may vary. Also the customs procedures and necessary licenses might take longer as these are managed by official authorities and we have no control over them.

Optics and Vision OÜ will often make expenditures by arranging the goods for you and that is the reason why the downpayment is required. It insures the seriousness of the Customer and protects everbody's interests, including the Customers.

Some of our merchandise is strictly regulated by the authorities and therefore we ask you to contact your local customs officials for more information about necessary licenses and fees that might apply. Please note that you are responsible for the abovementioned charges.

Nevertheless if you feel confused about the legal requirements and need us to assist you to acquire additional information then we will of course do so.

Payment Conditions
All orders must be fully paid before final dispatch and shipment of the goods. Kindly do so well before shipping out the goods as international payments may take longer time to be processed and it is in everybody's interest to avoid possible delays.

The only accepted payment method is a wire/ bank transfer to Optics and Vision OÜ bank account. Other methods of payment i.e. Western Union, MoneyGram, or PayPal, credit cards (VISA or MasterCard) unfortunately are not accepted. We kindly ask you to finalize the payment well before shipping out the goods.

Warranty
All new products purchased from Oprics and Vision OÜ are under warranty. The warranty period varies from company to company, depending on the product group and supplier. Kindly ask for the warranty period from  your sales representative upon placing the purchase order.

In case of a clearance sale item the warranty usually does not apply. Any further information may be obtained by contacting your sales representative at sales@opticsandvision.eu

Tailor-made Orders
If you fancy a special custom-made item then please contact us and we will do our best to find it for you. We have an extensive network of regional and worldwide partners.

Pricing
All listed prices are in Euros and include VAT tax. In case you are registered company in the European Union and you have a valid VAT identification number then the VAT tax will be deducted from the invoice. If your company is outside European Union the VAT tax will remain in your invoice.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Terms of delivery
We work with international manufacturers and some products may require special governmental permits. Usually the Customer will have to bear the cost. There might be additional charges to ship the goods from manufacturer to Optics and Vision OÜ in Estonia, the customer will cover the cost of that. In case the Customer places order for more than 1 item, the transportation cost will be agreed mutually.
