LA 905-50-PRO II

The LA905-50-PRO-II is a special development for night vision devices whose image intensifier tubes offer sufficient performance in this wavelength range. Good choices in this respect are the products of Photonis (2nd generation) and 3rd generation cathode ray tubes with GaAs photo cathode. Light radiation with a wavelength of 905 nm is not even detected by more sensitive wildlife species such as e.g. deer. Despite the high wavelength, long ranges can be achieved. Compared with the LA850-50-PRO, an astonishing range of approx. 70% is still achieved with 3rd generation GaAs and approx. 80% with 2nd generation Photonis devices. 2nd generation Russian night vision devices, on the other hand, only achieve 40-50% of this range.
